how to resolve the teachers problems

The main aim of the project PROSOLVA is to collect and support the development of efficient teachers problems solving methods at school, methods which would give the possibility for the teachers to develop lifelong learning skills. The project is intended for any teachers, teacher counsellors and teacher trainers in secondary education. the activities will be undertaken and developed within a frame work of an action research developed by teacher trainers and secondary schools teachers ; they will include collecting, comparison, testing the efficiency, adapting, evaluating, developing and disseminating problems solving methods at school. The project will lead to the creation of a European training comenius and a toolbox of problem solving approaches presenting through a WEBsite : it will present the general theoretical background of the teachers problem solving approaches, their description, their contextualisation according to the result of the action research. a handbook of scientific publicaions preenting the results of the action research will be created too.
